5 LOUISIANA TECH UNIVERSITY Page 4 Visiting Team Information Facility: Thomas Assembly Center (8,098) is located on the north campus of Louisiana Tech University just west of the football stadium. (1650 West Alabama Avenue, Ruston, LA 71270) Locker Room: The visiting team locker room is located inside the arena in room 178. Players will enter through the north freight tunnel and turn right down the hallway. Locker rooms will be on the immediate right. The basketball playing court is of easy access from locker room 178. Doors will be labeled prior to game along with an attached timing sheet. Upon arrival, please call Ross Rastede at , and he will direct you to your locker room. Team Bus Parking: Visiting team bus parking is located at north freight entrance of the Thomas Assembly Center. See attached page for parking. Practice (Conference Games): The visiting team for conference games shall be able to practice on the game floor for a minimum of two hours the day before the scheduled game and a minimum of one hour on the day of the game. The visitors practice time may not be less than 5 hours prior to game time. Practices must be scheduled at least two (2) weeks before the day of the game. For a practice time request, refer to the visiting team questionnaire. Timing Sheets: Timing sheets will be placed on each teams bench as well as the at the sub table and on officials and visiting teams locker room doors (if the visiting team is using the locker room). See further below for an EXAMPLE of a timing sheet. Ticket Information: For questions regarding visiting team tickets, contact the Assistant AD of Ticket Operations, Jeff Cummings, at (318) The visiting team will be provided 50 complimentary tickets. A pass list shall be provided to the host institution upon arrival.
