2 GENERAL INFORMATION IDENTIFICATION BADGES NCSRT BADGES are required for ALL FUNCTIONS of this meeting. No one will be admitted to a function without a registration name badge. If you lose your badge, see the registrar for a replacement. Individuals without badges will be asked to leave the function. Please recycle your name badge holder at the registration desk before you leave for home. CONTINUING EDUCATION INFORMATION Admission to the lecture rooms is restricted please be prompt! To ensure admission, you must be in attendance no later than 10 minutes after the beginning each lecture. Proof of Attendance sheet is provided at the registration desk with your packet. Attendees must complete the form with name and have the form stamped at the end of each lecture attended. If you leave the lecture room before getting this form stamped, we will not verify your attendance by stamping the form at a later time or date. The ASRT will no longer accept sing in sheets sent to them as proof of attendance. YOU are responsible for sending a copy of your stamped sheet to the ASRT if you want them to track your CE credits. The NCSRT will have a sign in sheet for each lecture that will be used for verification of attendance. This sign in sheet will not be sent to the ASRT. If a lecture fails to meet the time requirements, CE credit will be reduced. You will be instructed to amend your form. The NCSRT will make every effort to ensure that 6 hours of CE are offered each day. Lecture schedules, course, title, and/or speakers are subject to change without prior notice.
