Application for space and it s acceptance constitutes a contract to use the space assigned. The Eastern & Mid-West Multi-Regional Employment & Training Conference retains the right to assign and /or change vendor location due to unavoidable problems of the parties involved and also reserves the right to refuse space to those applicants whose vendor goods are not of Native American Indian origin. The Vendor indemnifies and agrees to hold harmless the Eastern & Mid-West Multi- Regional Conference and the hotel, their officers, directors, employees, and representitives, from and against any actions, losses, cost, damages, claims, and expenses including attorneys fees, arising from any damage to property or bodily injury to Vendor, his agents, representatives, employees by reason of the vendors occupancy or use of the exhibition facilities.
