1 FOOD EVENTS BULLETIN IMPORTANT PLEASE READ CAREFULLY We are looking forward to your arrival in and hope you will enjoy a wonderful week filled with energy, fun, fellowship and some surprises! The Food Events Committee will be happy to assist you with all of your food functions during your stay in Cincinnati. We will offer SPECIAL DIET MEALS UPON REQUEST. This information must be marked on the food function request form and you need to complete the Food Allergy Form on page 24. If you are not attending a counterpart meal, other food function or Gentlemen of the Creeks breakfast, there are numerous restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Please see maps in your packet for restaurant locations. In addition, there is a new food event planned this year for those members who are not Past Queens or Line Officers Check out the MAKING FRIENDSHIPS Breakfast and Lunch. YOU MUST BE REGISTERED before your food event requests can be processed. Requests may be submitted online at or on the enclosed form. You must include your registration number. REMEMBER Reservations for all meals must be made through the Food Events Committee. The Millennium Hotel will NOT honor direct arrangements. The Food Events Committee has made arrangements for all no-host group meals (page 20) and the Making Friendships meals. SPECIAL INVITATION TO ALL! We will be offering Pre-Performance dinners on Tuesday night, June 26, 2018, & Wednesday night, June 27, The serving time for both nights is 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Since we always find ourselves short on time between Stated Session and the evening performances, we are providing a dinner each night. Drink and dessert are included. ALL ARE WELCOME. Everyone must have a ticket to attend! (Find on Food Events Sheets pages 19 & 23). We hope you will join us for an informal Come and Go before the FUN- FILLED evening performances! Completed reservation forms MUST BE RECEIVED BY, We cannot guarantee any meal requests received after this deadline. Requests received after th will be subject to availability, plus a $10.00 late fee. No refunds after May 1, NO RESERVATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT FULL PAYMENT IN U.S. FUNDS!
