3 New Camp Registration Process Our new recreation registration system, ActiveRH, has simplified camp registration for you. Each camp now has only one registration code. If you are registering for individual days, you no longer need a code for every day of camp. And, there are no more separate codes for before and after care. When registering for camp, indicate each day that you require before or after care. Extended care is available for children registered in select camps that run between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. The extended childcare hours are 7:30 to 9 a.m. and 4 to 6 p.m. Before and After Care program counsellors will walk children to the appropriate program rooms in the morning and will escort them back to the After Care program at the end of the day. Before Care: 7:30 9 a.m. $5/day After Care: 4 6 p.m. $5/day Before and After Care for Winter Break is available at: Bayview Hill Elgin West Oak Ridges (Jan 2-5 only) Follow the process below for quick and easy registration: 1. Enter the camp code for the location of your choice. 2. Select the entire week or the individual days of your choice. 3. Select each day(s) you require before and/or after care. 4. Verify all information is correct and proceed to check out. 3
