The Federation of Exchange Accommodators (FEA) is the only national trade association organized to represent professionals who conduct like-kind exchanges under Internal Revenue Code Members include Qualified Intermediaries (QIs), their primary tax and legal counsel, and affiliated industries (DST and NNN Brokers/Dealers, sponsors, banks, real estate brokers, title companies, settlement/escrow agents, etc.) marks the 25th Anniversary of FEA and the 20th year for the annual conference. FEA is the voice for the 1031 exchange industry and works diligently to: Provide tools, resources and legislative updates to member companies Educate consumers on effectively using 1031 exchanges to defer capital gains tax Drive legislation to ensure appropriate consumer and industry protection Work closely with professions affiliated with the 1031 industry including real estate professionals, attorneys, CPAs, DST and NNN Broker/Dealers, escrow agents, and financial institutions

4 FEA 2014 Sponsor Requirements Agreement The exhibition areas will be shared with the food buffets for breakfast and networking breaks to allow attendees more time to visit with our sponsors. (As requested, all networking breaks have been extended this year for maximum benefit.) Each attendee will be provided a card to have each sponsor initial indicating a visit to the booth. Please provide a paragraph describing your organization/ services and a high resolution logo to meetings@1031.org by May 15, Tables provided for displays will be 6 x 30. All sponsors must have their exhibits assembled by 7:15 a.m. Thursday, September 11, Sponsors will have access to the exhibition area to assemble their booth the following times: Wednesday, September 10, 2014 Thursday, September 11, 2014 Beginning at 3:00 p.m. 6:30 a.m. 7:15 a.m. 4. A representative should be present at the exhibit at each of the networking breaks and during the breakfasts. These times will be distributed to sponsors prior to the conference so appropriate coverage may be arranged. 5.
