From the picnic tables under tree canopy, to the beautiful landscape, Central Park is the perfect spot to unwind throughout the day. It is also home to a wide variety of community events! Don t Miss! Central Park is home to WineART Wednesday. See below for more information. FEATURED SPECIAL EVENTS WineART Wednesday A monthly event you do not want to miss! WineART Wednesday runs on the first Wednesday of every month and features a wide variety of local artists, food trucks, and entertainment. The event also features a Beer & Wine Garden! Mark your calendar so you don t miss out! Farmers Market A staple in Central Park since 2007, the Lake Mary Farmers Market is a great place to get your groceries for the week! 6 RECREATIONAL PROGRAMS Youth Programs Youth Summer Camp Ready for some summer fun? The Lake Mary Summer Camp is the place to be! The Summer Camp program features three field trips per week, camp activities, and sports. The program is available to children ages 6 to 11. We provide discipline, selfconfidence and FUN for all. We promote a Martial Arts family environment for a better community. The Lake Mary Parks and Recreation Department is proud to offer three seasons of mens adult softball and coed adult softball each year. The mens adult softball league is sanctioned through the Amateur Softball Association (A.S.A) as a CLASS D/Recreation league. Wilbur Avenue in Downtown Lake Mary COMMUNITY CENTER Centrally located near the downtown area, the 6,000 square foot Community Center includes two separate activity rooms and a covered patio. Recreational programs and classes are being offered at this location. Private room rentals are available for business meetings, birthday parties, baby showers, and social gatherings. Located in Downtown Lake Mary, on the shore of West Crystal Lake, the Events Center provides the ideal location for weddings, receptions, banquets, parties and business meetings with indoor and outdoor capabilities. 12 SENIOR CENTER 911 Wallace Court off Rinehart Road Our Senior Center has resources and tools to empower older adults to make choices that will enhance their lives and help them become experts at living well. The Senior Center offers a variety of health and fitness classes and lifelong learning opportunities that encourage involvement in the center and the community. This is a great place for active and independent individuals, 55 and up, to get together with their friends and enjoy some exciting activities. The Senior Center is located just off of Rinehart Road on Wallace Court. We also provide a computer room and sewing room to get together with old friends or new and have some fun. If you are a senior and you have not come to visit us, what are you waiting for? You can call us at for more information and details on fees.
