Since 1970, the organization has established an unsurpassed reputation for opening new doors to learning and creatively transmitting ideas, information, and knowledge through the effective use of educational technology. Few organizations can maintain the sophisticated level of production that is otherwise made possible through consortial efforts. Throughout its history, Intelecom Learning has successfully partnered with California community colleges, publishers, foundations, and government agencies to develop educational materials and tools that lead to learning.

Today, Intelecom Learning is positioned to bring its experience in content development and instructional design to the production and delivery of learning tools online courses, digital applications in support of community college certificate and degree programs, continuing education and fee-based programs, student veterans, and adult education.
