1 Paramus Catholic Baseball Paramus Catholic Baseball and Explosive Training Systems: ETS will be the official training grounds for Paramus Catholic Baseball Team. ETS has developed a baseball specific training program for the team. This program will prepare the players for their upcoming season. We are determined to get the best results out of the team by focusing on: speed work foot work lower body strengthening conditioning plyometrics hip strengthening core work upper body strengthening.

2 Pre-Season Team Athletic Performance Preparation*: Ideally we want our athletes to train as much as possible. However we have designed a structure that is time efficient. Each workout is about 1 hour and 15mins. We desire teams to train 3 times per week, here is a basic format of our workouts. Work out #1 Footwork Straight Ahead Speed Work Resistance Training Core Work Strengthening: Body weight and stabilization exercises Explosive Strengthening 3 Rep Max/ Muscle Failure Max Upper body circuit focusing on chest, back, and shoulders Conditioning Workout #2 Footwork Agility Training Change of Direction (Exploding out of breaking points) Lower body Strengthening Lower Body Plyometrics Core Strengthening Conditioning Workout #3 Band work Sled Training Jump and Explosive Training Hip Strengthening Change of direction, speed work, agility, footwork, core work and conditioning *Depending on each situation workouts can be altered and customized

3 We propose the following for Paramus Catholic Baseball Team: Training Beginning on November 12, onsite training sessions at ETS (Teterboro, NJ) Training sessions Monday, Tuesday & 8pm* Pricing for the above program is a set fee of $ per athlete/per month Break down of Costs: $ for 12 training sessions a month = $12.50 per session. * Athletes unable to attend the scheduled sessions can attend any regularly scheduled group session.

The only rookie in the league to start every game. The Las Vegas Locos won the 2009 UFL championship. (During the championship game, I suffered an injury in which I tore my groin. The injury was discovered and fixed late in the following year placing me on sidelines for the 2010 season). Certified Personal trainer Trained under and worked with some of the finest instructors in the country. Interned under Head Strength Coach of Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Jason Butler, head strength and speed coach of UC Davis, Matt Brand, and world known popular NFL sports trainer Joe Defranco. ETS is a direct result of my hard work, dedication, and determination to becoming a professional athlete. ETS trainers use their innate athletic ability, as well student athlete experience gained from their athletic careers, to successfully train professional and developing student athletes. Our objective is to help the areas youth develop into successful college student athletes. Athletics and academics work together, we want to pre-pare our athletes for the future. ETS will make sure our athletes are aware of the responsibilities, lifestyle, and requirements needed to become successful in the NCAA. We also would like every student athlete to have as many opportunities as possible to become successful young adults.
