11 UPC, SGA & Student Services Events Pick Up Event Tickets During Freshman Orientation week, the freshmen of Texas Southern University have the opportunity to become acclimated to Campus Life by being exposed to various events. All events are free to TSU Freshman. Tickets can be picked up in the Lobby of the Student Center Starting Monday, August 19th from 9:00 am 3:00 pm each day. There is a different ticket for each event, and freshmen will be asked to put their Name, Phone Number and on the back of the ticket to be entered into a drawing. Monday 8/19 12:00 pm SPIRIT DAY - The Plaza Mini Spirit Rally students will be introduced to The Ocean of Soul, football players and cheerleaders. Free give-a-ways and t-shirts will go to the first 300 students. Students will have the opportunity to learn new school spirit chants and songs.
