Anneliese Sinnott, OP, a Dominican Sister of Adrian, Michigan, is a longtime professor of Systematic Theology at Ecumenical Theological Seminary in Detroit. It has been shown to help improve circulation, balance, and posture; increase strength and flexibility; and reduce Tai Chi by Spaso Zen (CC by 4.0) 3

4 stress. The activity is good for all ages. Comfortable, loose clothing is advised. Tennis shoes or socks work best. Beginners and veterans are welcome.
