A valid Medicare Card is also accepted as ID. Persons must display their ID card to the driver when paying the fare to ride at the reduced rate. 3 Persons with Disabilities Upon request, drivers will assist wheelchair passengers while boarding and leaving lift/ramp and with use of securement device. Use of wheelchair lifts/ramps also available to passengers using walkers, canes, braces or who are otherwise mobility-impaired. Person traveling with respirator or portable oxygen supply are permitted to ride SC buses. Service animals to accompany disabled passengers are also permitted.
