This project has the potential to impact and drive development over the next years and become an iconic, livable node along the Highway 92 corridor with a mixture of uses, housing options and complete streets to provide greater accessibility for pedestrians and bicycles and an identifiable downtown district for the County. 5 Happening soon 6th Annual Trunk or Treat at the Court House Sunday, October 29: The Douglas County Sheriff's Office and the Douglasville Police Department present the 6th annual Trunk or Treat at the Court House from 4p-8p for kids 14 and under. Weather permitting, popcorn, hot dogs, bbq and soda will be served. 6 Douglas County Celebrating 2017 Festival of Trees Wednesday, November 1: You are invited to participate in the 5th annual Douglas County Festival of Trees in the Douglas County Courthouse Art Gallery on the 3rd floor beginning Nov. 1st thru Nov. 3rd. The items will be on display until December 8th. A silent auction will be held from Dec. 4th until Dec. 8th at noon.
