4 I wanted to be sure all of you understand how the Niagara Elders Exercise Loop Walk Day event works! As you know I EXPECT to see you all there. We do things a bit differently to make sure that everyone has fun and everyone gets lots of goodies! When you arrive to register, and all I need is a zip code, you can live anywhere I just like to see how far the word is getting out about our center! So when you sign in you will receive a packet that includes, a lunch ticket, a water ticket, a cereal ticket and a goodie bag ticket! We will gather in the back yard and warm up with Bob White, then we will all have the opportunity to walk, if you cannot walk then you may just do the health fair. Fifteen minutes after the walks begin the health fair will open, this gives the walkers a chance to get free goodies as well. You will hand in your goodie bag ticket at the health fair doors this way the walkers don t have to carry their bags on their walk. Water tickets can be handed in at the water tent in the back yard, we will have lots of extra so don t worry! The cereal ticket can be handed in at the stage where our senior council will give you a free box of cereal! The way we do it ensures that everyone gets a chance to walk without worrying about all the cereal being gone and the healthcare being too picked over. So come one, come all we have plenty and want everyone to enjoy and go home with lots of FREE INFORMATION AND FREE STUFF!!!!!! N.E.E.L.
