SATURDAY 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Breakfast and Clean Up 9:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. Camp Formation: 9:45 a.m. - 11:55 a.m. Activities 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Lunch at your Campsite (Cooking Competition) Be sure you are registered for the Cooking Contest. 1:00 p.m. - 2:25 p.m. Activities 2:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Pinewood Car Race Registration and Check-in 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Pinewood Car Race 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Camp-O-Rama & Pinewood Car Race Awards Ceremony 6:00 p.m. Campsite Clean Up, Pack Up, and Head Home *Please Note: All meals are to be brought and prepared by each individual group. No meals are provided by ENC Boy s Ministries. TRAVEL HOME SAFELY!!!

2 CAMP SITES Camp Sites will be judged on the following set of rules: Each will be scored on a scale of 1 10, with 10 being the best score. Total 100 points possible!! 1. CAMP SITE CLEANLINESS: Camp site should be free of all debris, no food left out, neat and organized. 2. CAMP SITE LAYOUT: Tents should be in a uniform arrangement (straight line, semi-circled, square, etc.). Camp fire should be a safe distance from tents (8-10 ft.). If you build a fire, you must remove the sod and replace the sod at the end of the camp, or build your fire off the ground. 3. TENT APPEARANCE: Tents should be set up properly. Make sure tents are tight and properly staked down. 4. INTERIOR TENT CONDITION: Inside of tent WILL BE CHECKED. Leave door flaps open so judges can look in without having to enter tent. Sleeping bags rolled up or laid out neatly (rolled up is best so they don t get walked on), clothes and personal items put away. Be clean and neat. 5. CAMP CRAFT: Items or equipment built to make camp site more efficient or just to make camp site look better. 6. IDENTIFICATION OF CAMP SITE: Have some type of sign or banner with name, unit #, etc. Also display your flags. 7. CAMP SAFETY: Make camp as safe as possible. First aid kit should be visible and easily accessible. Make sure things aren t left where it is easy to trip over. Practice fire safety. 8. PIONEER SPIRIT: Does your camp site have that rustic look and feel of the true camping spirit, or does it look like the ladies just moved out? 9. GENERAL APPEARANCE: Overall, how does it look? 10. BONUS AWARD: Bonus points will be given for things that are very unique or eye-catching.

4 BOYS CAMP-O-RAMA COOKING COMPETITION Church Leader Camp Site # Meats Vegetables Breads Desserts Others Cooking competition will be during lunch on Saturday. Prizes will be awarded based on the following qualifications. Each will be scored on a scale of 1 10, with 10 being the best score. Overall taste... Flavor - use of spices... Originality... Difficulty... Boys participation... On-site preparation... Cleanliness... Total Points... Judged by: Cook s Name Meal to be judged; Your choice

5 VARIOUS ACTIVITIES CONTEST Ribbons will be awarded to the first, second and third place winners in each of the various activities. Points will be awarded to each church group to go toward your overall total. COOKING CONTEST Points will be awarded according to the Cooking Contest sheet. A first place trophy will be given and points will be added to your total for the overall award. The Cooking Contest will be during Saturday lunch. Be sure to register if you plan to compete. CAMP INSPECTION Each group will be judged on your camp site set up according to the grade scale on the Camp Sites form. A first place trophy will be given and points will be added to your total for the overall award. Camp Inspection will take place immediately following the Camp Formation. OVERALL WINNER A first place trophy will be awarded to the church that has earned the most points for the entire weekend. Also, each student will receive a first place medal. Work hard. This award gives your church bragging rights for the entire year, until the next Camp-O-Rama! Have a great weekend!!!
