5 Terms of Cotract 1. Restrictios o Locatio of Exhibits ad Solicitatio Vedors are ot permitted to coduct or solicit busiess i the exhibit hall uless they have purchased exhibit space. Vedors are ot permitted to exhibit products ad services to the full coferece except i the exhibit hall; exhibitors may privately demostrate products to idividuals i locatios other tha the exhibit hall. 2. Booth Assigmets Booth assigmets will be made o a first-come, first-served basis. Assigmets will ot be made util the required registratio fee is received. Every effort will be made to place exhibitors i their preferred positios ad to separate exhibitors from competitors whe requested; however, please ote that assigmets are subject to space availability. APDIM does ot allow osite registratios for exhibitig at the coferece. 3. Booths A stadard 10 x 10 booth package is provided to each exhibitor. If a exhibitor plas to istall a completely costructed display so that the stadard booth equipmet is ot required or istalled, o part of the costructed display shall project so as to obstruct the view of adjacet booths. Booth side dividers of a height i excess of 3 must ot exted further tha 3 out from the back wall. Booth walls must ot exceed 8 i height. Ay exceptio must first be approved by APDIM. Audiovisual equipmet may ot be played at a volume that would iterfere with adjacet exhibitors. Iteret ad electrical requiremets will be istalled at the exhibitor s request ad all expeses icurred are the resposibility of the exhibitor. 4. Paymet ad Cacellatio Full paymet is required for booth assigmet. Cacellatios will receive a refud less a $75 admiistrative fee. No refuds will be issued for cacellatios made after Friday, February 26, Cacellatios are required i writig. 5. Use of Space No exhibitor shall permit ay other corporatio or firm or its represetatives to use the space allotted to the siger of this cotract, or shall the exhibitor display articles ot maufactured or ormally sold by the vedor. 6. Limitatio of Liability APDIM does ot assume resposibility for the protectio or safety of the exhibitor, its officials, agets, or employees. APDIM does ot assume ay resposibility for the protectio of property of the exhibitor or its represetatives, or of the property used i coectio with the exhibit from theft, damage, or destructio. Small or easily portable articles shall be properly secured or removed after exhibit hours ad placed i safekeepig by the exhibitor. The exhibitor agrees to hold APDIM harmless from all such claims as well as claims of liability of ay kid arisig from the activities of the exhibitors, its represetatives, or from the display or use of property of the exhibitor. APDIM shall ot be liable to the exhibitor for failure to provide space to a exhibitor if o-delivery is due to destructio to the buildig or the exhibit space. The exhibitor shall idemify the orgaizers agaist all claims, demads, actios, expeses, damages, pealties, or proceedigs arisig out of or i ay way coected with the exhibitor s occupacy ad use of the exhibit premises or ay part thereof. Exhibitors will be required to pay the cost of makig good ay damage to floors, wall structures, ad accessories. 7. Security ad Isurace APDIM will take resposible care to esure security i the exhibitio area. APDIM will ot be liable for damage or loss to a exhibitor s property, or shall the associatio be liable for ay ijury that may occur i the exhibitio areas. The exhibitor assumes the etire resposibility ad liability for losses, damages, ad claims arisig out of ijury or damage to exhibitors displays, equipmet, ad other property brought upo the premises of the hotel ad shall idemify ad hold harmless the hotel agets ad employees from ay ad all such losses, damages, ad claims. Exhibitors are resposible for obtaiig the isurace they require to participate. APDIM will furish security guard protectio at ight i the exhibit area, but either the maagemet of the hotel, APDIM, the decorator or their agets shall be resposible for ay persoal ijury to the exhibitor, its agets, or for the safety of exhibits agaist robbery, damage by fire, accidets, or other causes. 8. Protectio of the Exhibit Hall Facility Nothig shall be posted, tacked, ailed, screwed, or otherwise attached to the colums, walls, floors, or other parts of the hotel without permissio from the proper buildig authority ad APDIM. 9. Cotractor ad Shippig Details o shippig will come directly from the show decorator. A exhibitor service kit cotaiig iformatio ad rates for all labor, services, electrical coectios, furiture, ad miscellaeous equipmet will be provided to exhibitors by the show decorator a short time after assigmet of space has bee cofirmed. A exhibitor service desk will be maitaied o the exhibit floor to facilitate service requests from exhibitors durig set-up ad breakdow of the exhibit hall.

10. Istallatio ad Dismatlig Packig, upackig, ad assembly of exhibits will be doe oly i desigated areas ad i coformity with directios of the exhibitio maager, the hotel, or their assistats.

All displays must be i place ad set up by the time of the official opeig of the exhibit area. Space ot occupied or set up by oe hour prior to that time may be reassiged for other purposes. 11. Removal of Exhibits by APDIM APDIM has the right to prohibit, bar, prevet, or remove ay exhibit or proposed exhibit, or ay part or portio thereof, which i the judgmet of APDIM is usuitable or iappropriate for the exhibitio. Such rights shall exted to, but shall ot be limited to, all equipmet, materials, displays, istallatios, or other items or thigs cosistig of, part of, used, or distributed i coectio with a exhibit. Specific puitive actios may be take agaist compaies that are determied by APDIM to have violated ay provisio of these rules ad regulatios. If a exhibitor s display is ot erected by 6:00 p.m. Suday, April 17, 2016, APDIM will authorize Geeral Cotractor to remove cotaiers from the exhibit area. 12. Default Occupacy A exhibitor failig to equip space that has bee cotracted is ot relieved of the obligatio of payig for such space at the full retal price. APDIM shall have the right to use, as it sees fit, ay such booth uoccupied by oe hour before the exhibitio opeig. 13. Coduct As a professioal orgaizatio participatig i a APDIM evet, the represetatives of the compay should display professioal coduct towards other compaies as well as to APDIM members ad staff. Childre of exhibitors uder the age of eight are ot allowed i the exhibit hall. Uprofessioal coduct will lead to the compay beig baed by APDIM from exhibitig at future meetigs. 14. Distributio of Prited Matter or Samples Neither exhibitors or o-exhibitors shall distribute to the coferece participats prited matter, samples, souveirs, ad the like, except from withi the reted spaces. Special distributio of such matter elsewhere must be approved by APDIM. Distributio of prited matter or samples i the coferece material is available for a fee. 15. Agreemet to Coditios Each exhibitor agrees for their employers ad idividually that these coditios will be abided, with it beig uderstood ad agreed that the sole cotrol of the exhibit hall rests with APDIM. 16. Violatio of Coditios The followig actios shall costitute a violatio of Coditios of the Exhibitor Agreemet: 1) violatio of ay muicipal, state, or atioal laws, rules, or regulatios, icludig safety codes; ad 2) failure to follow procedures prescribed i sectios Acceptace of Exhibit Cotracts APDIM may refuse space to ay compay or idividual whose products or services, i judgmet of APDIM, do ot further the goals of the coferece or orgaizatio.
