7 CHARMS Office Assistant We will be moving to a new system to manage our business! Charms Office Assistant has become the unquestioned leader in cloud-based organization, management, and communication. Parent Communication has never been easier or more effective! There will be student/parent account entry requirements at the beginning of the school year to get your accounts and contact information loaded. We hope to have computers at Mustang Corral available to fill out information. We can upload handouts, sound files, assignments, audition materials, maps, pictures and more for students and parents to access 24/7. Charms is a complete financial package as well! It will help us track fundraisers, productions, and manage trips with ease. Charms helps you create billing items and knows who paid them and who still owes. Parents and students will be able to access their account to check balances.

8 NATIONAL THESPIAN FESTIVAL June 20-26, 2016 at The University of Nebraska Transportation: Southwest Airlines out of Hobby Airport with charter bus transfers from the Omaha airport to University and back. (Includes 2 pieces of checked luggage per person.) Parents will need to drop off and pick up their child from Hobby Airport. Please check the traveler list to make sure we have correct spelling and birthdate!! All travelers 18 and over must have TDL or Texas ID.
