1 ASSEMBLY OF FIRST NATIONS SPECIAL CHIEFS ASSEMBLY (SCA) DECEMBER 14-16, 2010 HILTON LAC LEAMY, GATINEAU, QUEBEC BUILDING ON OUR SUCCESSES: MOVING FROM ENDORSEMENT TO ACTION Special Chiefs Assembly 2010 Objectives: Consistent with the AFN Charter, the Specials Chiefs Assembly will provide First Nations Chiefs or their designated representatives a forum at which they can: DRAFT AGENDA Maximize opportunities for exchange, dialogue and the development of consensus on fundamental issues and common interests reflective of First Nations Crown Relations Be informed of, and contribute to, the development and implementation of key strategies to move forward from the endorsement of UNDRIP to specific action plans Provide mandate and direction through designated caucus sessions and the resolutions process.
