Akbari * NEC Members May 1, 2013 Dear Fellow SPCS-CC Members: Greetings, I am sure you all are very busy during the month of April and May as our children are taking final exams and some of them are also graduating. By the end of next month, many of our youth will either be promoted or Graduating from various classes. Last year we rewarded them with a small token, This year we would like to do the same. I would like to anchorage all parents to fill out the enclosed form and provide us appropriate information. Finally summer is here and it is time for our annual summer picnic. This year s picnic is on Sunday, June 16, 2013 at the Yorba Regional Park in Anaheim. This year s picnic we have planned with MEXICAN THEME, I request all the attendees to dress up appropriately to support Mexican theme. Please see the enclosed details for schedule of activities and other information. Prompt RSVP helps us in planning and organizing our events successfully. This year s picnic includes LUNCH and DINNER for your convenience. 6 Our summer picnic is around the corner and on behalf of the CA Chapter - Women's Forum, we would like to request all the ladies to join this fun filled summer event. 1. Beauty Camp: Eyebrows, upper lips, full face. We would like to request all the ladies to take an advantage of this camp. 2. Rakhadi Sale: We are selling Rakhadi for Rakshabandhan. 3. Games: We will be playing lots of different games with kids, ladies and seniors.
