2 Featured events at OptumCare Community Center Deer Valley *NEW* FLOOR PILATES Thursdays, A gentle, floor based class which focuses on total body conditioning and yoga- based stretching techniques. Bring an exercise mat. *NEW* BELLY DANCING Wednesdays: 2nd, 3rd and 4th of each month, 2 3 p.m. This class gives you the understanding of basic belly dance technique, posturing, language and muscle control. No previous dance experience necessary. MEDICARE 101, RSVP Monday, July 30, 3 4 p.m. Do you have family or friends preparing to sign up for Medicare? This is a no-cost event for the general public to learn more. For educational purposes only. No health plan specific benefits or details will be shared. ALZHEIMER S SUPPORT GROUP Fridays: 1st and 3rd of each month, a.m. This is a supportive setting for you to share your feelings and get information. If you are caring for someone with Alzheimer s, bring them with you. We ll always have someone available to accompany your loved one. MEMORY SCREENING, BY APPT. ONLY Monday, September 24, 9 11 a.m. A medical assistant will give you two screenings to detect memory loss. You ll be able to share the results with your doctor.
