4 Committee Reports: Activities Report: Sally Keillor (chair) reports she is fortunate to be the chair of a wonderful group of volunteers, the activities committee which help put on these events. Our activities committee has four members who are stepping down. Sally explains that it is up to the members as to whether the activities continue. We need you to step up to the plate and volunteer. There are only three members left and they can t do it alone. So if you want the activities to continue, you need to sign up. Campground Committee: Fred Witchell (chairs) reports that the campground committee tries to do things to help the maintenance men. They spend about 80 hours at the end of the season preparing and coordinating camper storage. The committee has four members and this year they also completed the fence project around the storage area. This week they completed applying Sikkens on the picnic table tops and seats, the bottoms need to be done and we are looking for volunteers, also. They also cleaned up and marked the walking trail around the storage area. New volleyball net is up and we will be doing the sand soon. The campground usage is down this year, probably because of economics. The bath house is completed, hasn t been done for 25 years and he thanks the board for that. The mini golf course at the clubhouse, needs updating. Fred suggests a group or family each take on one hole for development and turn in plans for the improvement to the board for approval. EPC Committee; Chick Witchell (chair) thanks the EPC committee members, Dick Brandt, Janice Ochss, Jimmie Neal and Christina Van Pelt for their help this past year. Lot improvements for the entire year: 24 Tree Removal Requests 2 Campsites 3 Driveways 2 Decks/Porches 1 Additions to residence 2 Contiguous lots 4 Accessory buildings Sign the sheet for the EPC committee, we need new members.
