The Department f Campus Recreatin prvides EKU students with many different recreatinal pprtunities. We encurage everyne t becme actively invlved with the Intramural Prgram during his r her cllegiate career. This manual is designed t serve as an infrmative and prcedural guide fr all participants. Team captains are expected t becme familiar with and abide by the infrmatin cntained in this manual. We encurage all participants with questins cncerning this manual t feel free t cntact the Directr r Assistant Directr f Campus Recreatin. If there are any changes that ccur during the academic year, all participants will be ntified thrugh captain's meetings at the beginning f each sprt r activity. Philsphy The missin f Intramural Prgrams is t prvide a variety f recreatinal pprtunities fr the university cmmunity. The gal f the Department is t enhance the quality f life by ffering prgrams that enable students t have fun, get fit, develp friendships, and reduce stress assciated with rigrus academic schedules. Assumptin f Risk Participatin in Campus Recreatin facilities and activities is cmpletely vluntary whether participating in r watching any event r activity spnsred by any grup. Each individual participating r watching assumes the risk fr any harm r injuries sustained. Neither Eastern Kentucky University, nr the Department f Campus Recreatin can assume any respnsibility fr injuries incurred thrugh participatin in facilities r activities. It is strngly advised that participants use cautin and be aware f ptential health risks assciated with exercise, and btain a physical frm a dctr befre beginning an exercise prgram. Shuld an accident, injury, r related incident ccur, please cntact a Campus Recreatin staff member immediately. Eligibility It is the respnsibility f each team t knw the existing intramural rules. IGNORANCE OF ANY INTRAMURAL RULE IS NOT AN EXCUSE!! The Department f Campus Recreatin des nt assume respnsibility fr the investigatin f the eligibility f all participants. The Department f Campus Recreatin will, hwever, investigate any case as required. 1 P a g e
2 Men are nt permitted t cmpete in the Wmen s Divisin. One (1) wman is allwed t appear n a Men s team rster It is the respnsibility f all participants t knw their wn eligibility status at all times. University Status: All current members f the Fitness & Wellness Center are eligible t participate. This includes faculty/staff, students, Alumni, semester ff, and EELI students. If yu have access t the Fitness & Wellness Center yu are welcme t play Intramural Sprts. All participants must have a valid state/gvernment issued PICTURE ID t play and knw their identificatin number. Student ID with picture is recmmended but we will als accept the fllwing: Driver s License, State ID Card, Military ID and Passprt. Exceptins: Any individuals wh have been declared ineligible t participate thrugh disciplinary sanctins by the Directr r Assistant Directr f Campus Recreatin False Name: An individual may nt participate under an assumed name r use false identificatin. Vilatin f this rule will result in suspensin frm further participatin fr the individual and/r team. Cmpete n Tw Teams: A player may participate n nly ne team in any given activity during a seasn. Nte: The nly exceptin t this rule is that a player may play n a team in the men's r wmen's divisin and play n a C-Rec team. If an individual plays fr mre than ne team in that divisin, all teams invlved will receive a frfeit in games in which that player was invlved and the player must play with his/her riginal team. Team Transfer: Players may nt transfer t anther team nce they have participated n a team. If an individual is fund t be playing n tw teams the game will be frfeited and the individual will be suspended frm intramurals until he/she has met with the Assistant Directr. Transgendered Athlete Plicy (Frm the Natinal Cllegiate Athletic Assciatin, 2012) A trans male (female t male) student-athlete wh has received a medical exceptin fr treatment with teststerne fr gender transitin may cmpete n a men s team but is n lnger eligible t cmpete n a wmen s team withut changing the team status t a mixed team. A mixed team is eligible nly fr men s champinships. A trans female (male t female) student-athlete being treated with teststerne suppressin medicatin fr gender transitin may cntinue t cmpete n a men s team but may nt cmpete n a wmen s team withut changing it t a mixed team status until cmpleting ne calendar year f dcumented teststerne-suppressin treatment. 2 P a g e
3 Greek A-Team Rules 1. All participants appearing n the Greek A team rster must be the n the fficial chapter rster with the ffice f Greek Life. 2. Alumni are nt allwed t participate n Greek A teams. Playff Eligibility: Team members must have participated in at least ne (1) game during the regular seasn t be eligible fr participatin in the playffs. Teams must earn at least a 7.0 Sprtsmanship Rating average t participate in the playffs. The Intramural Staff reserves the right t declare an individual ineligible fr cmpetitin if his/her participatin is cnsidered unsprtsmanlike r dangerus Prfessinal and Olympic Athletes An individual wh has participated as a prfessinal/olympic athlete in a sprt is nt eligible fr intramural cmpetitin in that sprt r similar sprt. Current and Frmer Intercllegiate Athletes Any persn wh participated with a varsity team in the current r last schl year (i.e. practiced, red shirted, and/r played) is ineligible t participate in that intramural sprt (r related activity). Ineligibility will be determined by the Assistant Directr based n rsters, media guides, and participant reprts which will be lked int and ruled upn. All prtests n ineligibility rulings may be taken t the Directr f Campus Recreatin. Ringer Rule The ringer rule allws frmer varsity athletes and current sprt club members the pprtunity t participate in Intramurals in their sprt (r related activity). Individuals are cnsidered ringers in a particular sprt fr the fllwing reasns: 1. They are a current sprt club member in that sprt. 2. They have cmpeted n a Cllege r University Varsity team at any level in that sprt but are currently eligible fr that Intramural sprt. Teams in pen r cmpetitive divisins may have tw ringers n their rster. Teams in recreatinal divisins may nt have ringers. Any matter that cannt be reslved thrugh these eligibility rules shall be brught t the Assistant Directr f Campus Recreatin fr a decisin. EKU ID Cards/Misrepresentatin All intramural participants MUST have and prvide a valid EKU identificatin card at check-in fr each and every activity. If a participant s EKU ID card is nt legible (pht r name), that participant must btain a replacement card prir t participating. 3 P a g e
4 If participants, at ANY time, use imprper identificatin, an assumed name, misrepresent themselves r anyne else in any frm, r refuses t prvide prper identificatin when an Intramural Staff member requests it, the participant will be suspended frm all intramural activity fr ne-year frm such date. Entry Prcedures Hw d I becme an intramural participant? 1. Check the Fitness & Wellness Center, the Intramural Calendar, ur website, r be n the lkut fr flyers and ther advertisements arund campus fr infrmatin pertaining t entry dates and schedules fr all activities. 2. Participants interested in intramural activities and special events can find all infrmatinal materials n the website r at the Fitness & Wellness Center. Team, individual and dual sprts must sign-up nline by the psted deadline date. It is the Captain's respnsibility t ensure that all participants n his/her rster are eligible under the Intramural Participatin rules and regulatins fund in this manual. 3. Prir t every team sprt and mst ther activities spnsred by the Department f Campus Recreatin, a mandatry captain's meeting will be held. Every team that plans n being in the league must be represented at this meeting by their team captain. Hw d enter a team? Each team captain r intramural representative is respnsible fr frming his r her wn team. Leagues are filled n a first-cme-first-serve basis. Please visit ur website fr nline registratin instructins. What if I dn't have a team f my wn? Yu can sign up nline fr the free agent list during the registratin perid fr each sprt. A team f free agents will be put tgether if enugh free agents register. We cannt guarantee placement n a team but we will d everything we can t help. What if I want t add new players t the rster? Players can be added t team rsters up until the last regular seasn game. Once playffs start, rsters are set. New players may be added at the field r curt at the time f the game, with their EKU ID card. What d I get if my team wins? Intramural Champin T-shirts will be given t Overall Campus Champins in each sprt fr the Men's, Wmen's and C-Rec Leagues. Shirt distributin will be limited t the number f peple n the rster, up t duble the number f participants fr the sprt, r n mre than 15. A minimum number f teams must participate fr Champinship T-shirts t be awarded. Special event winners will receive T-shirts and/r ther types f awards. Team Names The Department f Campus Recreatin reserves the right t change r alter any team name that is vulgar, ffensive, r in pr taste. The ffice als will re-name any teams that have duplicate names. 5 All participants and teams are expected t where apprpriate attire at all times. All jewelry (earrings, rings, necklaces, etc..) must be remved prir t participating in any Intramural activities. Any apparel that includes the fllwing is prhibited (but is nt limited t): Inapprpriate r vulgar language, team names/individual names, pictures, r symbls Drug, alchl, r illegal paraphernalia Divisins The leagues that are ffered are divided int 5 divisins: Men's, Wmen's, C-Rec, Fraternity, and Residence Halls. Fr sme leagues, there are 2 skill levels within each divisin: A: Cmpetitive B: Recreatinal Teams that cnsist f an equal number f males and females make up the C-Rec divisin. Each team in the men's divisins may have ONE female n their rster. Lcatin f Events: The Fitness & Wellness Center, Weaver Gym, and the Begley Building will huse all indr intramural activities and all utdr intramural activities will be played at the intramural fields, utdr basketball/vlleyball curts, Martin Tennis Curts, Arlingtn Glf Curse and Lake Reba Park. Respnsibilities f Team Captains Each team entered in any intramural activity must have a team captain wh will act as the fficial liaisn between the team and the Department f Campus Recreatin. It is the team captain's respnsibility t sign-up at the specified time, check the eligibility f each f his/her players befre and during the seasn, and keep his/her team infrmed n rules, plicies, and regulatins gverning each sprt. Team Captain's duties include, but are nt limited t: 1. Represent the rganizatin r teams at all mandatry captains meetings. 2. Share with all team members infrmatin cvered at captain's meetings regarding risks f participatin and participant respnsibilities. 3. Sign the team in with the fficial/screkeeper 15 minutes prir t their scheduled game time (all players must check in with a VALID GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO ID). N I.D., N Play! 4. Be familiar with all intramural eligibility rules and see that nly eligible players participate. 5. Knw and understand all plicies and prcedures fr player eligibility and sprtsmanship. 6. Ntify team members f all play dates, times, and lcatins especially changes due t weather r emergencies. 7. Cnsult Plicies Manual fr infrmatin related t rescheduled games, prtests, ejectins, sprtsmanship scres, fees, etc. 5 P a g e
6 8. Serve as an example f gd sprtsmanship and fair play fr all team members and fans. 9. Be respnsible fr the cnduct f players, caches, and spectatrs befre, during and after the cntest. 10. Act as the team spkespersn n and ff the playing field. 11. Ntify all team members and fans that alchl, illegal substances and vehicles are prhibited n all intramural playing fields and that n ne is allwed t participate while under the influence f alchl r illegal drugs. 12. Help keep pets ff the intramural fields/curts. Pets are nt allwed at any Intramural Facility! Caches Caches are cnsidered t be spectatrs. They may nt be n the field/curt, call time uts, r address the fficials/supervisrs during the game. If a cach acts ut in any way twards an fficial, supervisr, r ppsing team player r cach, they will be immediately suspended f all duties and will be escrted ff the field/curt. They will remain suspended until further ntice by the Assistant Directr f Campus Recreatin Inclement Weather Plicy The Intramural Sprts prgram and the Department f Campus Recreatin place the safety f all participants in highest regard when determining the cancellatin f activities due t inclement weather. Games will be canceled due t inclement weather when: The University is clsed due t weather (Trnads, Hurricanes, Snw/Ice, etc.). Significant water has accumulated n utdr fields thus rendering the fields unsafe fr play. Please nte that sme sprts such as sccer and ftball may be played in wet cnditins while sprts such as sftball cannt be played due t the equipment that is used fr play. When cnditins are deemed t be unsafe fr play due t extreme temperatures. The Referee r Intramural Supervisr shall delay r cancel a cmpetitin at the first site f lightning r sund f thunder at the facility and the facility shall be cleared f all persns immediately by event administratin. If it is anticipated that the strm will pass, the cmpetitin may be resumed fllwing a three (3) minute warmup perid, n sner than thirty (30) minutes after the last sight f lightning r the last sund f thunder. If the severe weather is f great length r intensity, the Referee r Intramural Supervisr has the respnsibility and authrity t cancel the cmpetitin. Officials are encuraged t learn the weather frecast prir t game time. Safety f the public and participants is the mst imprtant factr in any decisin f this type. All decisins abut weather cancellatins will be made a minimum f ne (1) hur befre the beginning f the first game/match f the day s activities. Please call 622-PLAY (7529) fr infrmatin abut weather cancellatins. Default/Request t Cancel Cntact the Department f Campus Recreatin if yur team cannt be at a scheduled game. By cntacting the ffice 24 hurs befre yur scheduled game (Mnday thrugh Friday 9:00am-4:00pm), yu will nt be charged with a frfeit. Fr 6 P a g e
7 weekend games, ntice must be given t the ffice by 4:00pm Friday t prevent a frfeit. Hwever, yu will receive a lss in the lss clumn. Yu will be cntacted via and/r by phne if there are any changes in the schedule. Check team standings regularly,. The Intramural Sprts Office has the final say fr which teams make the playffs. Frfeits An individual r team entering a league r a turnament enters int an agreement with the Department f Campus Recreatin. The ffice schedules games and prvides equipment and staff. The participants meet their part f the cntract by being ready t play at the scheduled time and by cmplying with the rules f play. Frfeiting a game is cnsidered pr sprtsmanship. Teams r individuals that have frfeited a scheduled game r cntest will autmatically be drpped frm further cmpetitin. The team captain will be ed and infrmed if his/her team is drpped. Fr reinstatement in league play see Frfeit Reinstatement Prcedures. There are fur types f frfeits in an intramural sprt cmpetitin: Teams have 10 minutes t shw fr a game. Teams shuld be checked-in and ready t play within 10 minutes f their scheduled start time. Each minute that a team is late fr its game the ppsing team may take ne pint/gal. EX: Team A is 4 minutes late; Team B can take 4 pints t start the game. If a team des nt shw with enugh players within 10 minutes f their game time a frfeit will be declared. A team will frfeit a game in which an ineligible player participates earning a 0 sprtsmanship rating. Ineligible players are defined as: Individuals wh are nt n the team rster Individuals currently n a varsity team playing in their sprt, r have participated n a varsity team the respective sprt within ne full calendar year frm the pint at which their career expired r was terminated, this includes but is nt limited t playing in any games in such seasn Individuals wh are nt affiliated with Eastern Kentucky University Individuals wh are playing fr mre than ne team in a sprt Individuals wh are n the Intramural Sprts ineligible player list Individuals wh participate under an assumed name Teams will receive a 0 sprtsmanship rating fr that game if they are guilty f playing with an ineligible player. Verbal r physical abuse twards any staff member f the Intramural Sprts Office will nt be tlerated and will result in autmatic disqualificatin frm the league, and maybe the entire year. Officials, supervisrs, and administrative staff will declare a cntest frfeited when an individual displays flagrant r pr sprtsmanship, is invlved in a fight, r a team departs frm the site f cmpetitin prir t the cntest's cnclusin. Teams will receive a 0 sprtsmanship rating if they are guilty f this ffense. Any participant r team invlved in a fight befre, during, r after a game will be: Suspended frm all Campus Recreatin activities and use f all facilities until have met with the Assistant Directr. Will receive a frfeit. May result in autmatic disqualificatin frm the league, playffs, r entire year. Teams invlved in a fight will receive a 0 sprtsmanship rating 7 P a g e
8 Frfeit Reinstatement Prcedures Any team that has frfeited ne cntest (with the exceptin f disqualificatin fr unsprtsmanlike cnduct, behaviral issues, etc.) will be allwed t re-enter the league after paying a $25 reinstatement fee. This must be dne within 48 hurs f the frfeited cntest. Prtests Frm time t time there may be cause fr a team t prtest a game r cntest. The fllwing prcedures utline the prtest prcess fr thse teams that might becme invlved. 1. Official's judgment calls cannt be prtested. Only prtests cncerning player eligibility r misinterpretatin f a playing rule will be cnsidered. 2. Player eligibility: Questins f eligibility can be prtested thrughut the Intramural seasn r turnament. Thse intending t prtest pssible ineligibility are strngly encuraged t state their intent prir t the start f any cntest. 3. Rule Misinterpretatin Prtest: The first step is t register a verbal prtest with the fficial and the Intramural Supervisrs, befre the next play ccurs. The screkeeper, fficial and supervisr will recrd the prtest n the scre sheet including all infrmatin pertinent t the game. The prtest will be handled at the time it was prtested. The Assistant Directr will rule n eligibility prtests, administratin errrs and/r rule misinterpretatin prtests. During playffs, the Assistant Directr r supervisr will rule n prtests regarding rule misinterpretatin at the time f the ccurrence. Schedules Playing schedules will be available n-line generally by the Thursday afternn fllwing the cmpletin f registratin (smetimes sner). Schedule Frmat Sme leagues will have instant scheduling; sme events will have scheduling dne fr them. Depending f the amunt f time and facilities available fr play, teams will be scheduled fr 3 t 5 games during the regular seasn. Playffs Teams must have a sprtsmanship rating f 7.0 r better t make the playffs. Playffs will be a single eliminatin turnament. Teams may be scheduled at any available time. Respnsibility f Participants Every participant is reminded that participating in the Intramural Sprts prgram is a privilege, and all participants must behave in a sprtsmanlike manner. Individuals wh vilate Fitness & Wellness Center rules, intramural plicies and prcedures, abuse the equipment r facility, r behave in an unsprtsmanlike manner, as determined by the sle discretin f the Assistant Directr f Campus Recreatin, shall lse their privileges t participate in the prgram and the use f the Fitness & Wellness Center. 8 P a g e
9 Sprtsmanship Rating System The Department f Campus Recreatin is cmmitted t prviding a safe, fair, and enjyable envirnment during all intramural events. T assist in prmting the idea f exhibiting gd sprtsmanship, a rating system has been put int place fr all intramural sprt activities. The supervisrs n duty alng with the fficials and staff will rate each team at every game n their sprtsmanship. Each team must have cumulative scre f 7.0 r higher fr the regular seasn t qualify fr the playffs. A team which wins by frfeit receives n rating The Intramural Staff reserves the right t indefinitely suspend any participant r team frm intramural cmpetitin fr behavir that is detrimental t the missin and purpse f the prgram r university and/r safety f individuals participating in any Intramural activities. Methd f Rating: 1. The fficials wrking that game and/r any Intramural Staff (Prgram Crdinatrs, Graduate Assistant, r Administrative Staff) will rate each team in each cntest n sprtsmanship. 2. The Intramural Staff and fficials rate teams and rganizatins n a 10 pint rating system. T qualify fr the playffs under the sprtsmanship guidelines, a team MUST average a 7.0 ver at least a three (3) game seasn t be included in the playffs. General Rating System Criteria: Nrmal Game Questining an fficial n rule interpretatin nly Sme Static Sme questin f judgment r repeated cmplaints. N infractins issued. "5-6"- Difficult Repeated questin f judgment. Unsprtsmanlike call in sftball, vlleyball, flag ftball; yellw card in sccer; and a technical ful in basketball. "3-4"- Harassment Multiple unsprtsmanlike calls, technical s (nt n the same participant), yellw cards r spectatrs harassment f the fficials. "1-2"- Unacceptable Rating Includes threatening an emplyee. If invlved in a fight yur team culd be remved frm the league fr the remainder f the seasn. 0 Frfeit Includes any game in which a team is ejected fr fighting and/r 4 unsprtsmanlike penalties in a game. 9 P a g e
10 NOTE: If a team receives a tw (2), ne (1), r zer (0) rating a team representative will have t meet with the Assistant Directr f Campus Recreatin befre their next game. A secnd tw (2) r ne (1) rating will result in that team being drpped frm the league. Individual Sprtsmanship The fllwing criteria have been established t prmte apprpriate cnduct and t prvide clear expectatins fr all participants and spectatrs. Individuals (participants, caches and spectatrs) will be held respnsible fr their actins. Cntinuus Unsprtsmanlike Behavir If a player/participant, rganizatin/team cnsistently displays unsprtsmanlike behavir (mre then ne game is frfeited due t unsprtsmanlike behavir ver the curse f the academic year), they can be suspended fr ne semester, ne schl year, r ne year frm the incident. All incidents will be reviewed n a case-by-case basis. Suspensins & Ejectins Any player ejected frm a game by a supervisr r fficial fr any reasn must leave the playing area immediately. If the player des nt leave, the team will receive a frfeit. At a minimum, an ejected player shall receive an autmatic ne (1) game suspensin frm playing r viewing any Intramural game. The persn is als subject t further crrective actin by the Assistant Directr f Campus Recreatin ranging frm further suspensin frm play t full revcatin f Intramural privileges. The participant will be placed n prbatin fr the remainder f the schl year. If the fllwing sessin is the summer sessin, then the prbatin will carry ver int the fall semester. If the participant r team is invlved in any ther disciplinary circumstances, they will be suspended fr the remainder f the schl year. If the sanctin is deemed late in the schl year, the sanctin culd carry ver the fllwing fall semester. Furthermre, the ejected player is prhibited frm playing, viewing a game, r use f the Fitness & Wellness Center until they have scheduled a time t meet and have met with the Assistant Directr in the ffice and fulfilled any and all penalties. It is the respnsibility f the participant t cntact the Assistant Directr t seek reinstatement. The suspensin will nt begin until after the ejected participant has met with the Assistant Directr f Campus Recreatin and has satisfied all reinstatement criteria. (See Reinstatement Prcess) If a player is ejected twice during a seasn, that player will be suspended frm playing fr the remainder f the seasn, including playffs. If a player is ejected frm a playff game, the participant will be suspended frm cmpetitin fr the remainder f the playffs. The participant will need t meet with the Assistant Directr prir t being reinstated in ther intramural sprts activities. Acts t be Cnsidered fr Suspensin Any participant, cach, r fan that physically attacks r threatens an intramural staff member in any manner will autmatically be suspended frm all intramural activity fr the remainder f their academic/prfessinal career at EKU. Any verbally abusive attacks directed twards an intramural staff member that is cnsidered unsprtsmanlike will be placed n autmatic prbatin fr ne year frm the incident and suspended frm all intramural activities fr ne year. Each case will be reviewed n an individual basis. The fllwing acts, including but nt limited t, will be cnsidered cause fr suspensin frm the intramural sprts prgram: 10 P a g e
11 Shving r striking a staff member f the Intramural Sprts Office, intramural sprts participant r spectatrs befre, during r after a game. Intramural Sprts student staff members are emplyees f the University. Any attack n these emplyees, will be charged the same as all ther University emplyees Verbally abusing, baiting r harassing a staff member f the Intramural Sprts, intramural sprts participant, r spectatrs befre, during r after a game. Individual/team/rganizatin that leaves the bench/sideline area during an intramural cntest t engage in an altercatin FOR ANY REASON Theft and/r damage t equipment, the Fitness & Wellness Center, r fields Failure t adhere t facility plicies and prcedures Failure t fllw verbal instructins f a staff member Failure t prvide persnnel with prper identificatin upn request Unauthrized use f facilities Only the team captain may act as a spkespersn t the Intramural Sprts Student Supervisr r fficials during play. The Intramural Sprts Student Supervisr s respnsibilities include the authrity t eject any player frm any game r any cach r spectatr frm the playing area. The supervisr als has the authrity t frfeit a game if any situatin causes a game t get ut f cntrl. ALL ACTS THAT ARE CONSIDERED VIOLATIONS OF THE UNIVERSITY S STUDENT CODE OF CONDUCT SHALL BE REFERRED TO THE OFFICE OF JUDICIAL AFFAIRS FOR DISCIPLINARY ACTION. Reinstatement Prcess If a team member is ejected frm a game and qualifies fr reinstatement, they must cntact the Intramural Sprts t schedule a meeting with the Assistant Directr. The ejected player is ineligible t participate in any intramural activity until they are reinstated. If the ejected player participates befre being reinstated, that team will receive a frfeit. That team may als suffer additinal penalties fr permitting the ineligible player t participate. Fllwing the reinstatement meeting, a decisin will be made n the length f the suspensin. If the incident is deemed extremely serius and the Assistant Directr feels the situatin warrants, the captain f the ejected player s team and the fficials frm the cntest will jin the reinstatement meeting. Participants and spectatrs wh chse t fllw unsprtsmanlike practices during a cntest, whether directed tward an ppnent r an fficial, befre, during, r after the cntest, may be ejected frm that cntest. A cntest fficial, Team Sprts Supervisr, r a member f the Intramural Staff may administer the ejectin. The Assistant Directr f Campus Recreatin shall determine the perid f suspensin fr each persn wh is suspended frm all intramurals. The minimum suspensin fr any ejectin is ne game in the activity frm which the persn was ejected plus a three-mnth prbatinary perid. 3. N individual will be reinstated prir t a persnal visit with the Assistant Directr f Campus Recreatin 4. The Directr f Campus Recreatin shall cnsider appeals by appintment nly. Individuals wishing t appeal a staff decisin must submit a written request after ntificatin f the decisin. Extramural Turnaments Sme sprts (basketball, ftball, sftball) will have state r reginal turnaments. Intramural Prgrams will pay the entry fee fr either the state r reginal turnament fr the winner in the men's all campus, wmen's, and c-rec leagues. Teams must prvide the entry fee fr the turnament and Department f Intramural Prgrams will return the fee if the team attends the turnament as planned. All teams have the pprtunity t participate in the state and reginal turnaments; hwever, they must pay their wn entrance fee, nt t be reimbursed by Department f Intramural Prgrams. Ldging and travel expenses are nt included in any fees paid by Department f Intramural Prgrams. 13 P a g e
