National Reunion 2010 at Cape Cod, Hyannis, Massachusetts, beginning Thursday, June 17 th through Sunday morning, June 20 th, We ask that you return your registration form and check to us by May 30, Make your Cape Codder Hotel reservations as soon as possible by calling the toll free number or The Cape Codder is holding a number of rooms at a Reunion Rate of $ The Hotel website, also allows you to make reservations. Schedule: Wing Memorabilia/Merchandise sales Friday, Saturday and Sunday in the Nauset Room (Wing Hospitality) - main floor of the Cape Codder Resort. Sign Up for your 1 hour tour of the Wing Fort House at the Registration Table. Thursday, June 17, :00 4:00 P.M. Early registration at the Wing Fort House and House tours. 6:00 P.M Early arrivals meet at Cooke s Seafood Restaurant for dinner, Rte 132 across from the Cape Codder, Hyannis. (Pay for your meal). Friday, June 18, :30 A.M. 4:30 P.M. Registration at the Wing Family Fort House in Sandwich - Guided tours of the Fort House available. 1:30 4:30 P.M. The local Twin Oaks Golf Course is available for those wishing to play golf. Be sure to check the registration form. 12:30 4:30 P.M. Board of Directors Meeting at the Sandwich Library. 6:30 P.M. Family Gathering/Social at the Cape Codder in the JFK Ballroom. (Cash Bar) Registration will continue at the entrance of the JFK Ballroom. 7:00 P.M. Dinner at the Cape Codder in the JFK Ballroom. (Sport coats with ties optional for men and appropriate attire for ladies). The dinner menu will have a choice of Fresh Baked Haddock with Sherried Crumb Topping OR Roast Sliced Sirloin with Mushroom Gravy. Each choice will also include Chowder, Salad, Seasoned Vegetables, Dessert and Beverage. 8:00 P.M. Group photo taken for the OWL in the JFK Ballroom 8:30 P.M. The Board of Directors will meet briefly after the Annual Business Meeting. 1:30 P.M. - Barbecue Buffet in the Cape Codder Courtyard weather permitting otherwise inside the hotel. (Chicken, Baby-Back ribs, Hamburgers, Hotdogs, Italian Sausage, Corn on the Cob, Boston Baked Beans, Potato Salad, Coleslaw, Pasta Salad and Chilled Watermelon. 2:30 6:30 P.M.
