To facilitate this objective, a Placement Awareness Programme was conducted, under which, the Placement representatives visited each division of the BE to give a short presentation on the Placement Cell and its planned activities for the current year. This ensured that the students were well informed about the placement activities of the college and their contribution in it. For improving employability value addition skills need to be imparted as a result of which training cost & duration of the students once he/she join industry can be reduced, from this perspective students should be motivated to participate in internships. Considering above agenda more focus will be on internships, maximum number of registration for Intershala & other platform is initiated. As a part of capacity building of students it is proposed that an Employability Assessment test phase1 and phase2 need to be conducted at second year & third year respectively. The Following Training Activities are Also Conducted:- General Electrical Healthcare conducted an Orientation programme for Electronics and Telecommunication students. The objective of the programme was to interact with the students create awareness about General Electrical Healthcare Company. Students were motivated to opt for General Electrical Healthcare job option. Observing the diversity of the students for all eligible students of batch additional training was imparted. Total 149 Students Attended the General Aptitude Training including quantitative analysis, logical reasoning, group discussion, interview techniques,
