6 IDOE REMINDERS Certify the calendar within 5 days of the last day of school. Attendance data cannot be submitted until this is done. (doeonline.doe.in.gov) Close out RealTime/Enrollment Mobility with exit dates and exit types. REMEMBER: Exit foreign Exchange students with the exit code 27 at the end of the school year. Check your Attendance and RealTime/Enrollment Mobility for conflicts in the STN Application Center and clean them up.

9 SB 355 Child Abuse Education and SB 355 July 1, 2018 Policies Requires accredited non-public schools to provide age appropriate instruction on child abuse and child sexual abuse to students in K-12 Begins in school year OCS believes this new requirement will be met through the K-12 Circle of Grace Program overseen by Sr. Cathy. Will stress the importance of ensuring this program is implemented with fidelity in all of our schools.
