8 BASKETBALL Any boys interested in playing basketball this year there will be an informational meeting on today, October 6th after school in room 355. You must be there if you are planning on trying out. If you have another spot conflict let a coach know BEFORE that meeting you will not be there. There will also be a girls basketball meeting in Room 170 next Monday 10/10 right after school. This meeting is mandatory for any girl who plans to tryout for basketball this year. If you cannot make it to the meeting, please let one of the coaches know. WRESTLING There will be a meeting after school this Thursday Oct 6th in room 158 for all athletes interested in trying out for the wrestling team this year. Season begins October 31st! If you are a fall sport athlete and can't make the meeting or have questions please see Coach Batcheller, Derrough, or Bunyard.

18 VOTE! Do you want to vote in Presidential Election in November? If you are 17 1/2 and will turn 18 by election day, you can register to vote here at Rockwood Summit. See Mrs. Mennel at the back of the main office for a voter registration card. The deadline to register is Wednesday, Oct. 12.

The Admissions Rep from South Tech comes to Summit twice a month to visit with interested students. You can apply at that time or just get information with no commitment. You can sign up anytime.
