Student was located and referred to LU Counseling. Paramedics responded, but she refused transport. POLICE : 0400 BATTERY : 0486 DOMESTIC BATTERY LEWIS MAIN CAMPUS : CAMPUS BUILDINGS : RESIDENCE HALLS : CODY HALL 12/6/ CR Incident Occurred Between: 12/1/ and 12/1/ A female resident student a was found to have been the victim of a domestic battery by a male resident student.following an investigation an arrest warrant was issued for the offender. CENTER : SCIENCE CENTER : AS-130-S CHEMISTRY LAB 12/7/ Incident Occurred Between: 12/7/ and 12/7/ CR , Female commuter student fainted, falling and striking her head. She was transported to hospital via ambulance. Following an investigation he was identified, arrested and charged with criminal defacement.
