The audience for this training are those who are field inspectors, training field inspectors, or supervising field inspectors as well as those who need to understand this material to write and audit comprehensive procedures. The course is full of case studies and real life examples that are used to demonstrate situations an inspector may face in the field. The course is 8 hours - Thursday afternoon and Friday morning (4/11-12) following the MFRPA meeting in Houston. This training is being sponsored by the Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO).
