An event guest with a history of blackouts who passed out was treated and released. DRUG ABUSE VIOLATIONS /6/ Incident Occurred Between: 6/29/ and 6/29/ REPORT Public Safety documented a narcotics violation at 10th Street South and Hawthorne. The Minneapolis Police Department reported a First Precinct narcotics investigation. SEXUAL ASSAULT (SEX OFFENSES) : FONDLING /6/ Incident Occurred Between: 6/2/ and 6/2/ REPORT Public Safety documented a sexual assault at 11th Street South and Hennepin Avenue South. The Minneapolis Police Department reported an unidentified victim was grabbed between her legs by an unknown suspect. MEDICAL ST. A St. Thomas summer conference guest who was found unconscious with stroke-like symptoms was transported to an area hospital for advanced medical care. MEDICAL : INJURY ST. A St. Thomas summer conference guest who fell was treated and released. ROBBERY /6/ Incident Occurred Between: 6/24/ and 6/24/ REPORT Public Safety documented a robbery of a person on the 1100 block of Hennepin Avenue South. The Minneapolis Police Department reported two people not affiliated with St. Thomas had several items taken by an unknown suspect. 1 of

The Minneapolis Police Department reported two people with no St. Thomas affiliation were victims of a domestic assault. The Minneapolis Police Department reported two people with no St. Thomas affiliation were arrested for controlled substance violations. A St. Thomas student who ingested marijuana and prescribed medication had a negative reaction and was transported to an area hospital for advanced medical care. THEFT : MOTOR VEHICLE OFF CAMPUS : MINNEAPOLIS /7/ Incident Occurred Between: /2/ and /3/ REPORT Public Safety documented a motor vehicle theft on the 900 block of Hawthorne Avenue. The Minneapolis Police Department reported an unattended vehicle left running was stolen from outside an area business. ASSAULT OFF CAMPUS : MINNEAPOLIS /7/ Incident Occurred Between: /4/ and /4/ REPORT Public Safety documented an assault with a dangerous weapon at 10th Street South and Hawthorne Avenue. The Minneapolis Police Department and Hennepin County Medical Center responded to an unidentified victim who had been shot in the left toe. MEDICAL : INJURY ST. PAUL : ON-CAMPUS : STUDENT HOUSING : FLYNN RESIDENCE HALL /7/ Incident Occurred Between: /7/ and /7/ REPORT Public Safety and St. Paul Fire Department Medics responded to a medical in Flynn Residence Hall. A St. Thomas student experiencing a severe reaction to prescribed medication was taken to an area hospital by a friend. THEFT : FROM MOTOR VEHICLE // Incident Occurred Between: 7/23/ and 7/25/ REPORT Public Safety documented a motor vehicle theft on the 100 block of Portland Avenue. The St. Paul Police Department reported a garage was forcibly entered and personal property stolen from inside. The St. Paul Police Department reported a person with no St. Thomas affiliation was awakened by barking dogs and the sound of an unknown suspect attempting to break into the home. WEAPONS : UNLAWFUL DISCHARGE // Incident Occurred Between: 7/29/ and 7/29/ REPORT Public Safety documented a report of an unlawful discharge of a firearm on the 100 block of Iglehart Avenue. The St. Paul Police Department reported an individual with no St. Thomas affiliation heard the sound of one gun shot near a home in the area. WEAPONS : UNLAWFUL DISCHARGE // Incident Occurred Between: 7/31/ and 7/31/ REPORT Public Safety documented a report of an unlawful discharge of a firearm near the area of Mississippi River Boulevard and Summit Avenue. The St. Paul Police Department reported an officer and an unidentified individual heard the sound of about five gun shots near Monument Park. THEFT // Incident Occurred Between: 7/26/ and 7/26/ REPORT Public Safety documented a theft on the 100 block of Marshall Avenue. A St. Thomas employee reported a backpack stolen from an open office suite in the building. MEDICAL ST. A St. Thomas student was transported to an area hospital to monitor an apparent anxiety attack. ASSIST : OTHER ST. A background investigation was conducted on a St. Thomas alumnus for a government security clearance. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY : NON-CRIMINAL ST. PAUL : ON-CAMPUS : OWENS SCIENCE HALL /9/ Incident Occurred Between: /9/ and /9/ REPORT Public Safety documented damage to property in Owen's Science Hall. A St. Thomas employee reported water damage near a window in the building. PUBLIC SAFETY - OTHER ST. PAUL : ON-CAMPUS /10/ Incident Occurred Between: /10/ and /11/ REPORT Public Safety documented an ongoing investigation outside 2171 Grand Avenue. Officers provided a theft suppression detail near the building.
