He is now a life changing inspirational and motivational speaker that fires up, pumps up, and inspires audiences to achieve greater VICTORY! Matt is also the founder of the REAL Leadership Academy and is a PhD Candidate in Organizational Leadership. Using the marathon as a metaphor, Matt shares how to develop a Marathon Mentality to overcome adversity, stay motivated, and achieve greater success. The full service upscale hotel features a world-class spa, gorgeous pool deck and exercise room. To make reservations at the Beau Rivage Resort & Casino in Biloxi, MS, please call and let them know you are with the Gulf States Conference to receive the negotiated room rate of $159. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis and must be reserved prior to May 26, 2015 to receive the conference rate.
