Graduate Instructor, RHET 1030: Rhetoric, University of Iowa Rhetoric Department, Fall 2014-Spring Designed and taught a General Education course as the sole instructor, introducing students to critical analysis and skilled implementation of collegiate-level writing, speaking, reading, and listening skills. Developed lesson plans and assignments that engage students in multi-modal inquiries into consequential questions and conversations in the public sphere. Fall Co-facilitated weekly meetings on pedagogy and the University of Iowa Rhetoric 1030 curriculum for incoming instructors.
