3 Convention Information Dress: All meetings, unless otherwise instructed, will be business attire (coat/tie and/or female equivalent). All Delegates, Alternates, and Guests (18 and over) must register or various venues may be denied (bus, emblem sales, etc.). $25.00 registration fee. Registration in the Nebraska Room. Room # Department provides $ stipend to delegates. Stipend paid in full so long as delegate is at all assigned functions (committee meetings, caucus, parade, and on the convention floor all THREE DAYS in proper attire).

4 Convention Information (cont.) Suggest delegates arrive NLT Saturday, 25 August as many will be assigned to attend committee meetings beginning 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, 26 August. If assigned to a Committee Meeting be ready. Walk over the day prior so you know where you are going. National takes roll call and Departments are beat up for missing roll. Late arrivals are counted as NO SHOWs! Suggest delegates depart after 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 30, 2018 (convention typically ends 12:30 p.m.).
