(Salaries for staff will be submitted once identified.) Personnel Approved the maternity leave (FMLA) beginning approximately March 4, 2016 for Amy Clark. Mrs. Clark will use approximately 25 accumulated sick and personnel days followed by unpaid leave and returning approximately May 2, Approved the maternity leave (FMLA) beginning approximately March 29, 2016 for Ashley Rhodes. Mrs. Rhodes will use approximately 26 accumulated sick and personnel days followed by unpaid leave and returning August Approved the resignation of Cassandra Richards effective December 21, 2015 as a bus driver due to retirement. Ms. Richards has been with the district for 13 years. Treasurer s Report Mrs. Johnson Finances Approved the emergency purchase of a 72 passenger 2016 Thomas Built School Bus to replace a 72 passenger 2013 Thomas Built School Bus involved in an accident. The purchase price is $85, The district will be receiving $65, from the insurance company to off set the cost. Financial Reports Mr. DiMuccio Approved payment to David Rapko as competition cheerleader consultant at a flat rate of $1, for services for the season only. Clearances are on file. Board Issues Approved First Commonwealth as the depository for the tax collector. Approved Matthew T. Mangino to represent Neshannock Township School District with regard to PIAA Class Action Lawsuit. Mr. Mangino s legal services fee is based on a rate of $ per hour, plus any expenses incurred in his capacity. Approved a resolution not to raise millage more than the index for the 2016/2017 school year. Approved the Ala Carte prices submitted by Nutrition Group. Approved the first reading of the following policy: Policy 824 Maintaining Professional Adult/Student Boundaries 5
