2 Page 2 L ETTER FROM THE CONVENTION CHAIRPERSON K ATHY BROWN The Louisiana Chapter of the ESA is pleased to announce we will be hosting our 22nd Annual Convention in Kenner, LA - November 14 & 15, We will be offering a Golf Tournament to fund our Scholarship Program, Continuing Education Units and Trade Show. What better way to meet various industry peers and gain global knowledge! Our big Exhibitor Day is from 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 15. We plan to provide plenty of good food and entertainment! This is your opportunity to show your products to many potential and existing customers from over 600 dealers located in Louisiana. We hope you will join us! Please note change in show hours. Again this year, vendors will be offered the opportunity to sponsor Continuing Education Courses, (CEU s, which are needed to meet our state s licensing requirement). Sponsorship for a course is only $350. There are twelve classroom sponsorships available and they will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, so please send your registration for sponsorship ASAP to guarantee your company a seminar space. The booth set up is a standard 8-foot table, which includes drapery and a table identification sign. The price of a single booth is $ and any additional booths will be $ (Maximum 2 additional booths at discount rate). Registered vendors will receive a confirmation prior to Trade Show. Any freight, handling, or specific electrical requirements, other then the power strip the facility provides, will be the responsibility of the exhibitor. The Pontchartrain Center does not have a shipping department. They will receive shipments 24 hours prior to the event. After the show, you must remove all materials and booth in your assigned area.
