2 High School Winter Retreat Information High School Winter retreat is an opportunity for 9 12 th grade students to connect with other high school students and leaders in an environment where they experience God and His teachings in ways that are relevant to their lives. Dates: February 22 24, 2019 Location: Cost: Bair Lake Bible Camp Prang St., Jones, MI Early Price $135 through February 11 th Late Price $160 starting February 12 th **$50 non refundable deposit is due at time of registration. Balance must be paid in full before departure. All Payments are non refundable Waivers: NorthRidge Online Waiver: Bair Lake Bible Camp Waiver: Must be printed and turned in completed. (See last page) Theme for Weekend: Our theme this year is Glow. We ll be looking at Isaiah 60:1 to help us understand what it means to be shine the light of Jesus. Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you.

4 FRIDAY DEPARTURE Arrive on Friday, February 22 nd at the front entrance of NorthRidge no later than 4:00pm for registration. Please make arrangements to be here on time. We re leaving shortly after. Stack your bags in the designated areas. One carry on bag and one suitcase. Do not bring suitcases on the bus. They will be loaded separately. Follow the signs to register inside the building MUST HAVE IN ORDER TO BOARD THE BUS Completed online registration Waiver completed online from NorthRidge Waiver from Bair Lake Bible Camp Full payment SUNDAY ARRIVAL On Sunday, February 24 th, please arrange for someone to be at the church by 4:00pm for pick up. Students will contact their rides if that time drastically changes. This year we are going to celebrate what took place at Winter Retreat from 4:00 4:30pm at the Plymouth Campus. Parents, siblings, and friends are encouraged to come hear stories about how God moved during the weekend!

6 PACKING LIST Essentials and Strongly Recommended: Seasonably appropriate clothing: shorts, t shirts, longs pants, long sleeved shirts, sweatshirts (gym clothes and winter clothes) Pajamas, underwear and extra warm socks Winter coats, hats, and gloves Sturdy gym shoes/boots Bath towel, washcloth, and toiletries (*Note that for most cabins, your bathhouse will be in a separate building) Bedding (sleeping bag and pillow) Bible, notebook and pen (optional) Extra spending money for camp store Do NOT bring ANY SNACK FOOD THAT MAY CONTAIN PEANUTS OR TREE NUTS Alcohol, tobacco or non prescription drugs Fireworks Valuables that could get lost or damaged Anything standing between you and what God has planned for you ACTIVITES Ice Climbing Wall Tubing Zip Lining Broomball Cross Country Skiing Dodgeball Basketball/Volleyball Indoor Climbing Wall/Crate Stacking Game Room Bonfires Polar Plunge There is no additional fee for any activities!
