4 DIRECTIONS TO FITNESS & REC CENTER From the East Take I-80/90 West towards Chicago. Merge onto I-80 W/I-94 W via Exit 21 toward IN-51 South. Take the Kennedy Ave. Exit (Exit 3). Follow the North Kennedy Ave. ramp. Turn left and head west on 173RD St. Turn left into the parking lot of the Fitness and Recreation Center at the first stoplight. From the West Follow I-80 East towards Chicago. Continue on I-80 East into Indiana. Merge onto Indianapolis Blvd. via Exit 2. Follow the North Indianapolis Blvd. ramp. Turn right and head east on 173RD St. Turn right into the parking lot of the Fitness and Recreation Center at the first stoplight. From Detroit, Mich. Take I-94 West and cross into Indiana. Continue on I-80/94 West towards Chicago. Take the Kennedy Ave. Exit (Exit 3). Follow the North Kennedy Ave. ramp. Turn left and head west on 173RD St. Turn left into the parking lot of the Fitness and Recreation Center at the first stoplight. From Indianapolis, Ind. Take I-65 North towards Chicago. Merge onto I-80/90 West via Exit 259A towards Chicago. Take the Kennedy Ave. Exit (Exit 3). Follow the North Kennedy Ave. ramp. Turn left and head west on 173RD St. Turn left into the parking lot of the Fitness and Recreation Center at the first stoplight.

6 DOWLING PARK Purdue Calumet broke ground on its new outdoor athletics complex on December 9, The complex, a partnership with the City of Hammond to develop Dowling Park (located just north of I80-94 on Kennedy Avenue), will provide a comprehensive outdoor sports complex for both Peregrine Athletics and the Hammond s Parks and Recreation Department. The new athletic facility will house the playing fields for the Black and Gold s baseball, men s & women s soccer, softball and men s & women s tennis programs. Phase 1, which features fully finished baseball, softball, and soccer fields, was completed in March 2015 and hosted the Peregrines 2015 baseball and softball home seasons. Phase 2, which includes the complex seating, center building with restrooms, locker rooms, a training room, and storage, along with tennis courts, parking lot and walk way is currently underway with a projected completion in Fall Pepsi Field (Soccer) Pepsi Field was completed in the Spring of 2015 and is set to debut in August 2015 as the official home of Purdue Calumet men s and women s soccer. Located in the newly constructed Dowling Park, the field features an all-turf surface, making it playable year-round. PARKING Fans and visiting team buses and vans are asked to park in the Hammond F.OP. parking lot, located at 7527 Kennedy Ave, and enter the park from the North Gate, located near the baseball stadium s left field line. Handicap parking is available in the South Lot, located directly next to the field via J.F. Mahoney Drive. NOTE: Parking is prohibited along J.F. Mahoney Drive or in the Jean Shephard Center lots. DIRECTIONS Dowling Park is located just east of Kennedy Avenue and north of Interstate 90/94, off J.F. Mahoney Drive, just west of the Jean Shephard Community Center located at 3031 J.F. Mahoney Dr, Hammond, IN From the East: Heading west on I-80 W/I-94 W, take Exit 3 toward N. Kennedy Ave and keep right. Merge From the West: Heading east on I-80 E/I-94 E, take Exit 3 toward North Kennedy Ave and keep right. Merge Handicap and Officials/Referee Parking is located in the North and South Lots. The South Lot is convenient for Pepsi Field (soccer) and Fifth Third Field (softball), while the North Lot is closest Albert s Diamond Jeweler s Field (baseball). To reach the South Lot, continue straight on J.F. Mahoney Drive and follow the bend to the left for 1/4 of a mile. The lot is located on the left-hand side of J.F. Mahoney Drive before you reach the Jean Shephard Center. To reach the North Lot, make a left on 175th Street and follow it for 1/4 of a mile. The lot is located on your right. ADMISSION Admission to all Purdue Calumet soccer games is free. RESTROOMS, CONCESSIONS, SEATING Portable restrooms are located at each field. Concessions are not avaialble at this time. While there are small bleachers available, fans are encouraged to bring lawn chairs for additional seating. VISITING TEAM BUSES Visiting team buses may drop off teams at South Lot. Buses are asked to park in the F.O.P. Parking Lot. Albert s Diamond Jeweler s Field (Baseball) Albert s Diamond Jewelers Field debuted in the Spring of 2015 as the official home of Purdue Calumet baseball. Located in the newly constructed Dowling Park, the field features an all-turf surface, other than its mound, making it playable year-round. From the East: Heading west on I-80 W/I-94 W, take Exit 3 toward N. Kennedy Ave and keep right.
