5 PLACE 6 INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY Mark Wilson Number of years at Auburn University: 7 Current position: IT Master Specialist Brief statement of current responsibilities: Oversee, manage, and maintain the security of University Network. Some of the responsibilities of my group are maintaining network firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems, Resnet Network Access System, alerting the AU community of security threats, and assisting in any computer security incidents. Supervise one employee. I also serve as Chairperson of Virus Protection Team and Security Alert Team. Previous Auburn University experience: After receiving a BME degree from AU, I went to work in private industry as a development engineer for a consumer products company. I then moved on to work for an aerospace company as a quality engineer, programmer, and UNIX system/network administrator. After 16 years in the private sector, I came to AU in 1999 to work in OIT. Description of prior service on A&P Assembly or committees: No prior service.

Kelly Number of years at Auburn University: 8 Current position: Academic Advisor III Samuel Ginn College of Engineering Student Services Brief statement of current responsibilities: My primary responsibility is to work with students who plan to transfer to the College of Engineering from other colleges and universities. I evaluate all transfer work for the college of engineering, prepare all transfer records and take responsibility for SOS, with the help of many colleagues. I also do face to face advising with current students in the college of engineering, work with advisors at other colleges and universities, prepare materials for institutions who will likely transfer students to Auburn s college of engineering. I work with all advisors within the college to disseminate information. Previous Auburn University experience: I worked a as a clerk in our office for a few months before becoming an academic advisor. Description of prior service on A&P Assembly or committees: NONE

Ruff (Greg) Number of years at Auburn University: Eight Current position: Director, Media Resource Center, Samuel Ginn College of Engineering Brief statement of current responsibilities: Direct the activities of this unit that supplies video services for off-campus graduate degree students in 54 courses in 11 degree programs. Produce professional training through video media for Professional Engineering license renewal. Plan and implement new initiatives for the program. Develop and produce short video marketing pieces for the College. Previous Auburn University experience: Manage the Engineering Professional Development program for Engineering Outreach and Continuing Education. She assists anyone who needs greenhouse space for research. All operational things-cleaning, watering, repairing, fertilizing, fencing, maintenance on equipment and keeping supplies stocked-fall under her job description. Brief statement of current responsibilities: Responsible for GIS/GPS applications in the field, data collection, map and imagery analysis, and creation and printing of maps. Previous Auburn University experience: As former Superintendent of the Piedmont Substation in Camp Hill, he is aware of all aspects of field work in the College, from technical responsibilities and challenges in the field to administrative duties. Sauser Number of years at Auburn University: 18 Current position: Chief Financial Officer for the College of Agriculture and the Alabama Agricultural Experiment Station Brief statement of current responsibilities: Dr. Sauser earned her Master s Degree in Finance from Georgia State University and a doctorate in Public Administration from the University of Alabama. She is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant, and holds certifications as a Certified Government Finance Officer and Certified Government Financial Manager. As Chief Financial Officer, she has primary responsibility for incorporating financial forecasting, budgeting, planning, and reporting, human resources administration, and financial administration of state and federal appropriations for the Alabama Agricultural Experiment Station and College of Agriculture. Previous Auburn University experience: Previously she was Assistant Director of the Center for Governmental Services at Auburn University where she managed and delivered training and financial management consulting services to state and local governments throughout Alabama. She has conducted many workshops on budgeting, financial reporting, financial administration, and performance measurement. She has provided consultation to cities and counties throughout the state on revenue and expenditure analysis, fixed asset management, business licensing administration, and fiscal policy and procedures.
