Any unencumbered funds may be reserved by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) for reallocation to other institutions requesting additional funds. To request reallocated funds, institutions must complete the enclosed FY 2018 Reallocation Request Form by February 20, Reallocated funds will be distributed among institutions requesting additional funds; however, no institution will receive more funds than it requested. Institutions must return unused TEXAS Grant, TEOG, TEG funds to THECB to use for the reallocation process, if previously disbursed funds cannot be used for an eligible student. Prior to returning funds, a Return of Funds Form must be submitted to THECB. Any uncertified BOT funds will get swept by THECB automatically.
