Collegiate Members gave updates on the latest news and accomplishments of their chapters during a brief presentation along with an update from the Alumnae Association. 3 The Center Volunteer Activity with Chi Omegas Thursday, February 12 th, Check Presentation at The Center on November 18 th, Chi Omega Kaleidoscope was pleased to donate $45,000 to The Center Houston and $5,000 to the Chi Omega Foundation. The Chi Omega Scholarship Fund will be awarding $30,000 in scholarships this spring. 4 Psi Zetas The Psi Zetas are starting off the new year/new semester with 80 ladies in the chapter, including more than 30 new members who were initiated in January. Several officers will be traveling to Chi Omega's Headquarters in Memphis in February to attend Firesides. Also in mid February, the Psi Zetas will be hosting their fathers for Dad's Day. They plan to attend a UH baseball game and treat their fathers to hot dogs on the grill at the Chi O house. The ladies will be participating in Spring Recruitment and will be hosting events such as an Open House party, a UH basketball game outing and an on-campus lunch with sisters. Check out the Psi Zeta's brand new website and learn more about the chapter at One of the chapter's advisors, Wrynn Homann, had this to say about the young ladies: "I am so proud of these girls! The number of philanthropy events they participate in is very impressive! What is even more impressive is that they always give each event 100% and usually win! They are very supportive of other sorority and fraternity philanthropy events, and I find that very inspiring!"
