2 Thank you for being an exhibitor or sponso for AFP s 2017 Arizona Statewide Conference. This confirmation packet should give you all the information you need to insure an enjoyable conference experience. AFP advances philanthropy by enabling people and organizations to practice ethical and effective fundraising. The core activities through which AFP fulfills this mission include education, training, mentoring, research, credentialing, and advocacy. The Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) represents 28,000 members in 190 chapters found around the world, working to advance philanthropy through advocacy, research, education, and certification programs. The Northern Arizona, Greater Arizona, and Southern Arizona chapters annually present a statewide conference, providing professional development and networking opportunities for fundraising professionals throughout the region. The AFP 2017 Arizona Statewide Conference provides your company with direct contact with approximately 200 fundraising professionals and nonprofit representatives in Arizona and the Southwest. This is your opportunity not only to network with potential customers, but also to show your support of the philanthropic community. Please contact Casino Del Sol reservations at to reserve your room by June 18th. When reserving your room, please note you are conference exhibitor.

3 Exhibit or Passport All conference attendees will receive an Exhibitor Passport in their materials which lists the names of all of the participating exhibitors. Attendees are encouraged to visit each exhibitor and will ask to have their Passport signed by the person staffing your booth. Please sign the appropriate place in each participant s Passport. Once the Passport has been signed by all exhibitors, attendees will turn in their Passport to be eligible for prizes. Exhibit Tables Exhibitor Arrangements please contact Veronica Vazquez, Direct: Mobile: Veronica.Vasquez@casinodelsol.com at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort regarding storage of exhibit items, loading and unloading, power outlets, phone lines, internet and audio visual needs. Exhibits can be set Tuesday, July 18 th from 4:00 6:00 pm or Wednesday, July 19 th from 12:00-3:00 pm. Please plan to close / breakdown your exhibit by 3pm on Friday, July 21. Please check in at the registration booth to receive name badges and other information. Exhibit area will be open during all conference dates and times. One 6-foot skirted table and one chair will be available for each booth. Power outlets are available but you must let the hotel know so you can be located close to one. Booths are in an open area, so valuables will need to be removed overnight. Exhibitors are responsible for their own lighting equipment none will be provided by the hotel.
