A St. Thomas employee reported finding damage to a personal vehicle believed to have been caused by a driver who unlawfully failed to stop and provide information as required by law. While investigating the odor of burned marijuana, two St. Thomas students admitted to drug use off campus. DRUG ABUSE VIOLATIONS : UNLAWFUL USE ST. The investigation was inconclusive in determining how a wall was damaged. BURGLARY : UNLAWFUL ENTRY NO FORCE /16/ Incident Occurred Between: /15/ and /15/ REPORT Public Safety documented a burglary on the 900 block of Nicollet Avenue South. The Minneapolis Police Department reported a person with no St. Thomas affiliation caught shoplifting in an area business and with a current trespass was arrested for burglary. SEXUAL ASSAULT (SEX OFFENSES) : RAPE OFF CAMPUS : ST. PAUL /16/ Incident Occurred Between: 2/1/ and 2/28/ REPORT Public Safety and the Title IX coordinator documented a sex offense at an off-campus location in St. Paul. A St. Thomas student reported being raped by an acquaintance when they were students at a nearby college. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY : NON-CRIMINAL ST. PAUL : ON-CAMPUS : STUDENT HOUSING : MORRISON HALL : GARAGE - R3 /16/ Incident Occurred Between: /16/ and /16/ REPORT Public Safety documented damage to property in the R3 level of the Morrison Residence Hall garage. A St. Thomas employee reported accidentally striking a garage gate arm with a University-owned vehicle. 2 of

3 HARASSMENT OFF CAMPUS : ST. PAUL /16/ Incident Occurred Between: 9/27/ and /12/ REPORT Public Safety and the Title IX coordinator documented harassment at an unknown location. An unidentified reporting party described unwanted contact by a St. Thomas student. MEDICAL ST. PAUL : ON-CAMPUS : MORRISON HALL - PUBLIC SAFETY /16/ Incident Occurred Between: /16/ and /16/ REPORT Public Safety responded to a medical in the Morrison Hall Public Safety office. A St. Thomas student with an insect bite was advised to see a local hospital for further evaluation. SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY : SUSPICIOUS PERSON ST. PAUL : ON-CAMPUS : BRADY EDUCATIONAL CENTER /16/ Incident Occurred Between: /16/ and /16/ REPORT Public Safety responded to a suspicious person in Brady Educational Center. Officers found a person not affiliated with St. Thomas sleeping in a building after hours and escorted the person from campus property. SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY ST. PAUL : ON-CAMPUS : ANDERSON ATHLETIC & RECREATION COMPLEX /17/ Incident Occurred Between: /17/ and /17/ REPORT Public Safety assisted a St. Thomas student with property lost in Aderson Athletic and Recreation Complex. A backpack containing a laptop and other personal property that had been left near a locker in the building was not found after returning several days later. SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY : SUSPICIOUS PERSON ST. PAUL : ON-CAMPUS : BRADY EDUCATIONAL CENTER /17/ Incident Occurred Between: /17/ and /18/ REPORT Public Safety documented suspicious activity on campus. An unidentified male was observed tampering with and attempting to gain entry into a University-owned vehicle on the south side of Brady Educational Center. TAMPERING - MOTOR VEHICLE ST. PAUL : ON-CAMPUS : BRADY EDUCATIONAL CENTER /17/ Incident Occurred Between: /17/ and /18/ REPORT Public Safety documented suspicious activity on campus. An unidentified male was observed tampering with and attempting to gain entry into a University-owned vehicle on the south side of Brady Educational Center. MEDICAL : INJURY ST. PAUL : ON-CAMPUS : MORRISON HALL - PUBLIC SAFETY /17/ Incident Occurred Between: /17/ and /17/ REPORT Public Safety documented a medical injury at the Morrison Hall Public Safety Office. A St. Thomas employee reported they had fallen and sustained injuries. ASSIST ST. PAUL : ON-CAMPUS /18/ Incident Occurred Between: /18/ and /18/ REPORT Public Safety assisted the university community with an ongoing investigation on campus. Officers conducted a theft suppression detail in the lower quad. BURGLARY /18/ Incident Occurred Between: /17/ and /17/ REPORT Public Safety documented a burglary on the 900 block of Nicollet Mall. The Minneapolis Police Department reported a suspect not affiliated with St. Thomas under a current trespass at an area business was caught shoplifting and later arrested and jailed for burglary. 5 of

A resident experiencing flu-like symptoms was transported to a local hospital for further care. MEDICAL : ILLNESS ST. PAUL : ON-CAMPUS : NON-STUDENT HOUSING : BYRNE RESIDENCE /18/ Incident Occurred Between: /18/ and /18/ REPORT Public Safety and Saint Paul Fire Department Medics responded to a medical at the Byrne Residence. A resident experiencing flu-like symptoms was transported to a local hospital for further care. ASSIGNED IN ERROR MINNEAPOLIS : ON CAMPUS : TERRENCE MURPHY HALL /18/ Incident Occurred Between: REPORT This Initial Complaint Report was assigned in error. UNKNOWN and UNKNOWN Disposition: CLOSED MEDICAL : INJURY ST. PAUL : ON-CAMPUS : ANDERSON ATHLETIC & RECREATION COMPLEX /18/ Incident Occurred Between: /18/ and /18/ REPORT Public Safety responded to a medical in the Anderson Athletic and Recreation Complex. A St. Thomas employee suffered a foot injury while working. PUBLIC SAFETY : HAZARDOUS MATERIALS ST. PAUL : ON-CAMPUS : LOTS / GARAGES / DRIVE AISLES : FACILITIES PARKING /19/ Incident Occurred Between: /19/ and /19/ REPORT Public Safety documented a hazardous material spill on campus. A St. Thomas vehicle was found to have a gas leak while filling the fuel tank. SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY ST. A letter sent to the university contained unintelligible writing and pictures. ST. Two underage St. Thomas students were found to have consumed an alcoholic beverage, including one who was also found to have found in unlawful possession an alcoholic beverage. ST.
