Local towns include (but are not limited to): O Neill, Atkinson, Amelia, Bristow, Butte, Chambers, Emmet, Ewing, Inman, Lynch, Newport, Orchard, Spencer, and Stuart. Nebraska counties served (but not limited to): Antelope, Boyd, Brown, Holt, Keya Paha, Knox, Rock, and other areas at rider request. We will also travel to locations in South Dakota and Iowa as scheduled. Days and Hours of Operation: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and as scheduled per rider demand and driver/vehicle availability Rate: $1.00 per 1-way trip in town +$0.50 per mile outside O Neill city limits Avera St. Anthony s Hospital Transportation Service operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, or national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act. The program operates on a first-come/first-serve basis, and provides on-demand transports. Ponca Express can provide transportation within a three-hour radius of Ponca Transit facilities in Niobrara and Norfolk for appointments, meetings or gatherings.
