The conference is a cooperative effort among American Public Transportation Association (APTA), Community Transportation Association of America (CTAA), and American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO). This conference is hosted by the Illinois Public Transportation Association and the Illinois Department of Transportation. This year marks the 25 th anniversary of the State Public Transportation Partnerships Conference, and we are glad you have joined us to celebrate two successful decades of collaborative effort to host this meeting. The agenda includes interactive group sessions on a variety of topics, including state initiatives, state DOTs and state transit relationships, state financing of public transit, and effective management of state transit associations.
