Open Access = Multiple Pathways for All Students All students are eligible whenever and wherever for learning. Advisors are the CTE Pathway Experts * Program of Studies *Academic & Experiential Skills * Pathway/Postsecondary Connections Driven by Needs of the Local Economy The local economy drives program offerings through active partnerships.
