4 CTE by the numbers 12 high schools with Programs of Study in 18 different Career Pathways 22 schools in middle grades have PLTW 6,089 CTE participants/5,050 CTE concentrators 85.7% graduation rate for CTE concentrators 63% of concentrators in post secondary 1-year later 23% employed or in military Almost 300 industry recognized certificates awarded 40.27% Non-traditional Participation Rate 2-4

7 Project Lead the Way 5,557 students: 9 high schools, 22 middle schools/k-8s; 45% girls and 85% children of color PLTW over three years appears to reduce and eliminate gaps in educational achievement and attendance at entry into middle school (White) High school PLTW students have higher attendance rates than non-pltw peers (Phelps) PLTW students are more likely to score proficient than peers on 10th grade WKCE tests (Phelps) PLTW students take more math credits as seniors than non-pltw peers (Phelps) 2-7
