1 For a military time that's 1300 or larger, simply subtract 1200 to get the standard time If you want to convert standard time to military time, add 1200 to any time from 1:00pm to 11:00pm. So if you want to say 6:30pm in military time, add 1200 to 6:30 to get Change minutes to military time by multiplying the minutes times 60. Example >>> x 60 = = 40 >>> 3 hrs 40 minutes

2 Determining amount of time of infusion. Write end time and put start time directly below it. Subtract minutes portion of start time from minutes portion of end time. Borrow one hour (60 minutes) from hour portion of end time if it is smaller than the minutes portion of the start time >>> 2480 ( you take 60 minutes from 25 (hours) making the hours and add the 60 minutes to 20 minutes = 80 ) hrs and 50 minutes References Google Images, 2016, Military Time Conversion Chart, printable
